Shipping Policy

Based Peptides ships exclusively within Canada from our facility in British Columbia, Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT are typically shipped the same business day; orders placed after 2:00 PM PT ship the next business day.
Shipping Services
All shipments are fulfilled through Canada Post. The following domestic shipping services are available at checkout:
Regular Parcel
Estimated 2–9 business days between major urban centres. Up to 13 business days for remote or non-major destinations. Tracking included. Estimated delivery window.
Expedited Parcel
Estimated 1–7 business days between major urban centres. Tracking included. Estimated delivery window. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Xpresspost
Estimated next business day to 2 business days between major urban centres. Up to 3 business days nationally. Tracking included. Estimated delivery window.
Priority
Next business day delivery between major urban centres. Canada Post's fastest domestic service. Tracking included. Estimated delivery window.
Delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centres and are estimates only. Delivery to non-major urban, rural, or remote areas may take additional business days. Delivery standards exclude the day of mailing, weekends, and statutory holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times and Disclaimer
Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout are calculated using the Canada Post Rating API, which provides transit time estimates based on the origin postal code (our BC facility), your destination postal code, and the selected service level.
These estimates are generated directly from Canada Post's system and reflect their published delivery standards. All delivery standards are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier capacity, and seasonal volume.
Actual delivery times depend on origin, destination, weather conditions, carrier volume, and other factors beyond our control. If there is a discrepancy between the estimated delivery time displayed at checkout and the actual time it takes to receive your parcel, Based Peptides is not responsible for the difference. The estimate provided is sourced directly from Canada Post and reflects their best projection at the time of purchase.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for entering a correct, complete, and properly formatted delivery address at checkout. This includes ensuring the correct postal code, unit/apartment number, street name, and city are provided.
Return to Sender — Undeliverable Parcels
If a shipment is returned to sender ("RTS") by Canada Post due to an incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted address provided by the customer, the parcel is considered lost indefinitely. Based Peptides does not re-send, replace, or refund orders that are returned to sender due to customer address errors.
Common reasons Canada Post returns a parcel to sender include:
- Address does not exist
- Insufficient or incomplete address
- Incorrect postal code
- Missing unit or apartment number
- Addressee moved with no forwarding address
- Parcel refused by the recipient
It is the customer's responsibility to verify their shipping address before completing their order. Based Peptides is not liable for parcels lost due to customer-provided address errors, and no reshipment, refund, or store credit will be issued in these cases.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking does not show the parcel scanned as delivered, we will assist in filing an inquiry with Canada Post. No replacement or refund will be issued until Canada Post has completed its investigation and confirmed the parcel is lost.
If Canada Post tracking shows the parcel was scanned as delivered to the address provided, Based Peptides is not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or missing packages, and no automatic reshipment or refund will be made.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using Canada Post's API based on your destination postal code, parcel weight, and selected service level. Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders as indicated during checkout.
Order Processing
Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, the order enters our fulfillment queue. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have entered processing. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
